Firestone Trustee Bobbi Sindelar Receives CML Leadership Training Award

Town of Firestone Trustee Bobbi Sindelar was honored by the Colorado Municipal League (CML) for completing its Elected Officials Leadership Training Program. Presented with a Leadership Training Award, Sindelar completed 30 training credits through the program, which successfully completes the first level.

“CML training has been such an excellent opportunity for me to become educated about important issues facing our local governments,” she said.

According to a press release sent out by CML, the Leadership Training Program was started in January 1991 by the League’s Executive Board to recognize the efforts of officials who go the extra mile to increase their knowledge of municipal government and their capacity to lead. The program annually recognizes officials who reach milestone levels within the program.

Sindelar was elected to the Firestone Board of Trustees in 2010.
